El Palmarcito was a great find! It's a small place that makes everything themselves. They have a great selection of Mexican and Salvadorian dishes. Everything I had was fresh and tasted excellent! I had the Salvadorian combo plate and an extra Papusa. The Loroco and cheese and pork and cheese Papusas were some of the best I've had. The fried plantains, tamale, and fried pork completed the dish. To top it off, everything was so reasonably priced. Next time I'm in Houston I'll definitely be back. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
The tacos are legit as hell and $2/ea. Caldo de res hits the spot when you need some beef vegetable soup. Could be a little less oily though. Salvordorsn style tortilla that come with it are BOMB!!! Inexpensive place to get wings. $10 for a big order for 2 ppl
